How come my dog has blue eyes when u take her picture, but my other dog had red eyes when you took a picture?

I have a 3 and 1/2 month old Shitzu/ Lapsa Apse puppy, and anytime we take her picture her eyes are blue. But i had a dog not to long ago that was a Lapsapoo, (Half lapsa apse and poodle) and anytime you took her picture her eyes would be red. or bright yellow. That never happens to my new puppy, how come? Whats the difference?

I think it has something to do with the angel that the light reflects of the rods in the dog’s eyes. My lab and my white shepherd both photograph with blue eyes but my border collie used to show red eyes (eeeeeeeek a devil dog).I would imagine it has more to do with the height of the dog and where you are when you take the picture than the breed of the dog.
The secret is to not take the photo straight on to the dogs face.
