How to stop dog from running away?

hi, my dog… He is an escape artist. He gets 2-3 walks a day. He is very much loved. he sleeps with my gpa at night time. and he likes to cuddle. He gets a lot of attention and he is neutered. How can i stop him from running away?

There is something he is not getting at home. Perhaps at a young age he was able to wander off a lot w/o any repercussions… Now it is part of his routine. Proper training at an early age (and early)
is critical.

To answer; the only thing I can think of is an invisible fence. I’ve heard they work for most dogs.
